The Dealers' Hall is your opportunity to shop till you drop and grab the latest merch, manga, figures and all sorts of goodies.
We welcome applications for Dealer Tables whether you're an established business or whipping up adorable fleece hats in your garage. Registering for a Dealer Table includes a HotaruCon registration (where your business name will feature on your collectable Members Badge), a collectible Vendors Badge and a basic table measuring 6*2ft.
Dealer pitches can be upgraded with extra tables adjacent to their primary pitch, backing tables behind their primary pitch, and large corner ‘walk-up’ space, or booked as a dedicated ‘corner pitch’.
Each pitch booking includes 1 full HotaruCon registration which gives full access to the convention
for the entire weekend of the event, including outside vendor hours. You can register an extra vendor/friend/helper/assorted dogsbody per table for 85% of the convention rate.
