Bring and Buy

The Bring and Buy, which is open Saturday and Sunday, is like the pop-up charity shopping of conventions, you literally never know what you're going to get. Do you have figures gathering dust? Manga that you're just not going to read anymore? Clothes and cosplay attracting moths? One fan's trash is another fan's treasure as they say.

All you need to do is label up your goodies and drop them off with the committee when you arrive. There's an administration charge and a portion of the proceeds goes towards the Convention Charity for every sale, the rest goes back to you. Unsold items can be collected after the Bring and Buy has closed.

To enter your goods for the bring and buy please fill in the form below once it's live (typically 2 months ahead of HotaruCon).  Or if you have previously entered items by entering your ticket ID and clicking LOAD. This will then bring up your list of goods which can be edited at any time before the convention. We will print out labels that you can pick up at the convention. When you arrive please bring your items to the Bring & Buy room indicated on the Con Map (or Ops if B&B is closed) and we will scan them in.
