Bring and Buy

The Bring and Buy is like the pop-up charity shopping of conventions, you literally never know what you're going to get. Do you have figures gathering dust? Manga that you're just not going to read anymore? Clothes and cosplay attracting moths? One fan's trash is another fan's treasure as they say.

All you need to do is fill in the registration form here, pick up your item labels when you register, stick them on your items and then drop off your goods during the Bring & Buy Setup window. 8.5% of the sale value goes towards the Convention Charity, and 1.5% goes towards processing fees. You collect 90% of your total sales amount. Unsold items and sales proceeds should be collected during the Bring & Buy Collection window.

To enter your goods for the bring and buy please fill in the form below once it's live (typically 2 months ahead of HotaruCon).  If you have previously entered items you can make changes by entering your ticket ID and clicking LOAD. This will then bring up your list of goods which can be edited at any time before the convention.
