Who can run a panel?

Anyone who is a fully registered member of HotaruCon can host a panel. Panels can have a maximum of 4 hosts, if you need more than that please contact us. No experience is necessary, though if you have run the panel before do let us know.

Can we store cookies?

These will be used to make our site work, gather anonymous data to improve our site and to detect fraud.

If you choose "No" our site may not function nor may you make any purchases from us.
