FAQs: Registration

How much is registration?

Registration cost is as advertised here, which includes access to all 3 days of HotaruCon and includes your customised Members Badge, lanyard, events schedule and conbag

Is HotaruCon 18+ only?

Due to the nature of the event and the venue, you must be 18+ by the start date of the Con.

Being accompanied by an 18+ person is not sufficient; each registered attendee must be 18+. This includes carers.

Will there be Day tickets available?

HotaruCon is a residential anime convention with unique programming each day running from 12pm Friday, 10am Saturday and Sunday to 1am each night. The ticket price as advertised is all inclusive for the weekend and gives you access to the games rooms, dealers hall, artists alley, panel rooms, main events and evening events. Due to the nature of the event it is not feasible to offer individual day tickets, though you can arrive any day and still pick up your badge.

You will not have to bring your documents with you to the convention but both yourself and your carer will need to bring valid photographic ID in line with our general registration requirements.

We endeavour to make HotaruCon as inclusive as possible, if you have any suggestions that would help us to do so, please get in touch.
